There's Mustard then there Natural Mustard made from Seed 

Sourcing ingredients for our little spice company take a great deal of detective work  to get to know farmers of spices & buy all we can from them hence the work it took to find a farmer that grew & sold all natural mustard seed. So yes our mustard is grainy (Like German Mustard) and some of our blends are whole seed & not milled and our mustard... is better than the big corporate brands with all the chemicals. ( No Thanks)

So on Sausage or Pretzels, Chicken or Fish Grimm Mustard is a Foodies Best Wish.
