Keeping with our Southern Roots we were patient, 5 years we waited... just like all our products waiting till the ingredients shows itself... & then it happened one day one of our farmers from The Galveston Island Farmers Market ( Were we Stared our Business) gave us 3lbs of Figs & then it hit us. we took those Figs let them ripen combined with local Molasses, Cajun Fillet, & our own Fermented Black Garlic because nothing say's Southern like Fig's, we practically all have them growing in our backyard or if we don't we know someone who does. And made a new Southern Classic Galveston's Own Fig based Barbeque so if you love Galveston like we do show that love on those Baby-backs that Tri-tips & in Backed Beans & so much more.
