I've always loved pirate's and pirate gear--it's why I could never give up on Halloween. 

I get to let my inner self come out "Capt'n Hothand Grimm"(TM) aboard the Dread Ship "The BLAK LLUKS"(TM)...anyways, I've dreamed of sailing the 7 seas, collecting spices to make a magical elixir for the hot sauce connoisseur--that's what the Pirates Potion is.

It took me 3 years to formulate this sauce.": A carrot base from our Galveston Own Farmer's Market with smoked black garlic, chocolate from Costa Rica; black truffles from Italy and of course, ghost pepper--from India originally; the Trinidad Moruga scorpion pepper & the Carolina reaper pepper (South Carolina, USA); and the finisher, our Pirate Jerk Spice I blend myself. A true blend of high Heat & high Flavor this sauce has a SHU (Scoville Heat Unit) rating of 1,000,000 drops are all one needs, 3 drops you sizzle, 6 drops you'll sweat, 9 drops or more & you'll instantly spontaneous combust... just the way us Hot Heads like it.
