Our pirate style salad dressing starts with smoked jalapeños soaked in a sweet brine (AKA Cowboy Candy) then fresh tomatillos--both from our beloved Galvestons Own Farmers Market--and our secret blend of spices & cacao from Costa Rica. Add olive oil & Refrigerate Sweet Verde and it becomes your go to salad dressing or stir fry sauce or go straight out the bottle for your fish or shrimp tacos. Also great as a Marinade for grilled Seafood. We added the tiniest pinch of Scorpion pepper...it's NOT HOT...We did it just so everyone, i.e., you, can feel like a Gulf of Texas Pirate Bad Ass.
