UMAMI ONION MUSHROOM RUB. - 1/2CUP POUCH.

When our smoked Black Garlic got a major following at our Galvestons Own Farmers Market we had to do a smoked Onion version using eleven types of medicinal mushrooms & the Texas 1015 sweet onion smoked for five hours on low heat until it is onion mushroom perfection, "But what would I do with this smoked onion rub"? Well, we thought of that as well here it is.

UMAMI ONION DIP                                               

 1 1/2 CUPS SOUR CREAM.

1CUP MAYONNAISE.

 4 TBSP GRIMM UMAMI MUSHROOM ONION BLEND. 

 - SALT (TO TASTE) 

CHIVES FOR GARNISH.

This dip is great for baked potatoes.
